System specs: Ryzen 5600X 32GB G.SkiLL 3600MHZ CL 18 2x Crucial P2 NVMe 1TB NZXT C850 PSU & EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080 Games I've noticed the stuttering/freezing is Diablo III, WoW Shadowlands, CoD BoCW. Issue is far and away MOST prevalent in Diablo III. Can't even go 2 minutes or so without having a 1-2 second hard freeze. Yes, I have latest PX1 and NVidia Drivers. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Pretty underwhelmed by this after spending over 2K on a build. :/

Not sure its related as your description of stuttering seems to be more severe than what I have encountered, however, I found that turning off Shader Cache in the NVIDIA control panel resolved stuttering problems for me on my past 2080Ti and now 3090. Ensuring that Prefer Maximum Performance under 'Power Management Mode' and setting Low Latency Mode to 'Ultra' may also help.

I heard the problem with those old games is the NVIDIA HD Audio Drivers(an NVIDIA issue), if you uninstall it the freezing should go away.
