Can’t contact EU support

Hi,

So it’s been 3 since since I first tried to contact the EU support but I don’t have any answer yet. I’ve tried everything, mail, calling the DE support (I’m in Belgium) but nothing, no answer at all. They claim that they are available one Sunday and Saturday from 12:00 to 17:00 CET, but they didn’t answer tho. With the pandemic going on I understand that It’s not easy to answer fast to everyone and I don’t blame that but I would just like to know how to contact them as fast as possible because I need my pc for working at home. Thank you

    First of all can you please tell us what problems you're having? Motherboard, video card? The EU EVGA office is not open on weekends.

    Oh I looked on EVGA website and they claim that they are available on Sunday and Saturday from 12:00 to 17:00 CET. Sorry didn’t know that.     Does the error occur with any game you play? What are your GPU temps?

    Yes unfortunately. 35 when I don’t do anything specific and in game 72. It’s weird because it’s fine for a couple of time then when I want to play the game crash and those line start to appear everywhere. It’s not browser specific.

    I already opened a ticket with them but I need to wait for an answer because RMA is not possible without the ticket number If I understood correctly? And I get « session expired » message anyway. Thank you for your fast answer it’s great is there any way I can rate your support? I would be glade to give you a 5 star

    And I didn’t receive the confirmation message on my mail after the ticket I sent. That’s weird

    Today I tried to call them but without success. I’m waiting for them to answer my mail. I hope they will fix my issue soon and I have faith in EVGA. Thank you for your support

    This was the same case for me. I am also BE. I requested them to open the RMA ticket for me themselves because the webpage was doing the same. They responded a week later only but they did at least open the RMA ticket for me. My 2070 place holder card for Step Up generated artifacts in less than 3 months from brandnew. I sent the card to EVGA EU on the 16/11 via bpost, they received it on 19/11, they sent another card out to me on the 20/11. The card is due to arrive to me here in BE by the 25th.

    Do you speak French? I have artefacts even after downclocking and with the fan at 100% on game and 3D mark. What a shame :(. My rtx is 7 months old. Thank you for your answer so I just need to wait for them to answer my mail? I know the situation is not the best so I don’t blame them..

    It got to the point I underclocked my card to -300Mhz and kept fans at 100% just to be able to play games but it wouldn't even last for 5 mins anymore. It would crash immediately in 3DMark Time Spy. It wouldn't hurt to send a follow-up mail. I was initially very disappointed in the 1 week turn around time but after that they were very quick to send me back a replacement for my card and I am happy with that. I just hope the new card is better than the last one.
