So I recently finished a build (No gpu at all yet, so I have no reference for this..) and I can't figure out if the FTW3 Ultra 3080 is going to fit. It's a Lian Li PC-011 Dynamic. The case dimensions spec a VGA card height of 159mm (which if I'm not mistaken is roughly 6 and a quarter inches wide), and the FTW3 Ultra is 5.38" wide. This seems like enough space but when I took it to paper there isn't alot of room, and I worry about the cables crunching against the glass. I have an EVGA SuperNOVA p2 with the stock cables and they aren't flexible by any means. This being my very first PC I've ever built, I can't seem to figure out if I need to get some PCIE 8pin extensions or would I need to look for a VGA cable mod? or am I outta luck fitting it altogether?
 
So if anyone have insight as to whether the PC-011D will be able to hold the FTW3 Ultra, I would be grateful. And if I need different cables that are more flexible, what would I search for? PCIe 8pin extension cables? Thanks so much, sorry for the dumb questions! Just want to be prepared incase I need to pass on an email in lieu of a different sized card 

Aw darn. I did order the phanteks vertical gpu mount just in case. I saw a post on reddit with someone who had that huge Aorus card (140mm) but he was using some sort of flexible cables. Idk what they are but I need to find them sounds like!

Hello, I just got mine and i have the same case I'm using the stock cables the came with the Corsair 750 RMx and unfortunately the front panel wont close. The only options im thinking of right now are either vertically mounting it or getting those 180 degree adapters. Hope this helps!

Just incase...this may be worth mentioning but it looks like it should mount just fine with some flexible cables or the vertical mount. From what ive been reading...I just ordered both a full psu cable mod and the vertical GPU mount. Hopefully one of those options work.

If you get it figured out I'd love to hear how! Its likely gonna be months before I see a card as my place is 9/21 so I unfortunately won't be able to test the mount/cables yet. Good luck!

I got the o11 dynamic + 3090 ftw3. I just barely close the glass using my evga GQ 850 psu cables, they are pretty flexible but still rubs against the glass. If you have less flexible cables I don’t think you can close the glass.
Didn’t like how the cables were squished against the glass so I ended up getting the phanteks vertical gpu mount. Still had room to mount intake fans underneath
