If I buy this card:

would it qualify for the step up program.
I am just double checking that if I buy this exact card and then sign up for the step up program, I would be able to step up to the 3070 towards the end of the 90 day period. I am just asking incase I read anything wrong.

    What card is it, and who is it coming from? If you buy a brand new card from an authorized retailer or etailer, you can use it for step up.

    Verify it is new, and the retailer is authorized (EVGA.com/wheretobuy if I am not mistaken)

    Yeah, you can enter the program immediately.  Remember to upload your receipt.
