I don't know exactly what GamersNexus has planned but considering Jacob phoned him multiple times during multiple streams, I'd say there's a good chance he'll do a review. After all, with a preproduction model 3080 FTW3 (the " wrong " array of SMDs that got everyone excited) he managed to get a world record OC on Liquid Nitrogen. Of course it was soon beaten by 3090 because, what did you expect, but still. So far, his current 3080 FTW3 that was shown in his stream 1 day ago still was the pre-production model. He even talked about the array of the SMD's on the latest stream, that he knew by EVGAthemselves that the FTW3 was pushed after the 17 because of frequencies instabilities, and didn't know until then that it was most likely due to these SMD's (the live called "3090 OC with air / Liquid Nitrogen"). 

I'd also expect Jayztwocents to get a 3080 FTW3 as he's an EVGA enthusiast customer and isn't afraid to tell them when they make a mistake. In his video about Radeon red design one week ago, I commented to tell him not to look at EVGA's designs if the red triggered him, and his exact response was : " I know. I’ve already given them **** for it ". He also already made a video talking about the crashing issues one or two days ago, so I wouldn't be surprised if a 3080 FTW3 video follows in the days to come given that he isn't afraid to speak his mind (the same goes for GamersNexus). Which is good for EVGA and for ourselves, because honest feedback is what we need to navigate these troubles and challenging times.
 
Don't forget that reviewers also had to make content for the 3090 launch 3 days ago, when the 3080 launched 10 days ago already (even if some high end models like the FTW3 weren't released day one and released just around the time the 3090 did or even after, for the Strix for example). Hopefully, with the 3070 launching in mid october, they'll get some time to talk about subjects like these. But Zen 3 (keynote) is right around the corner in just about 10 / 11 days. We don't know when Zen 3 will launch, most likely one week or two after the keynote, putting RTX 3070 and Zen 3 release around the same timeline and increasing work of our reviewers. 
They won't get much time to breath between the 3090 and the 3070 / Zen 3 release so if they want to take a look at custom cards, next week would be the time I'd say. Otherwise we'll need to wait more, as RDNA2 will then come end of october / early november.
