EVGA CLC 240: Fans don't work / don't have the USB

About 2 years ago I bought and had my computer assembled in one place (later I realized that those who assembled it were stupid). Some time later I began to notice that the processor was overheating so I began to analyze the pc. I ended up noticing that the liquid cooling fans (CLC 240) were not working. I also noticed that they had not connected the mini-USB (mother to cooler), therefore I cannot access the EVGA FLOW COOLER. So, in short, I don't have the mini-usb (the guys who built it for me were stupid) and the cooler fans don't work. How can I make at least the fans run?

I need help please.

    Hello and Welcome to the EVGA forum 
    Those cooler fans for radiator should come out two ways lead 4 pins to cooler pump and from cooler pump 4 pin PWM fan to on your motherboard?
    Mini usb missing so if you are still under warranty (3 years) then you should contact EVGA customer support and they might send you one or RMA.
