Hi guys,

As the title suggests, the nameplate on the face of my GPU keeps falling off as it has lost its adhesion.

I just want to know, can I glue it back on myself or would this void my extended warranty?

Many thanks.

I think you should ask support about warranty.
As for fixing it - I think it is better to use some good double stick tape like 3M instead of glue.

Reattaching it yourself would not void the warranty. Just put it on straight though 🙂

Thank for the replies guys. I'm still waiting on EVGA support to respond to my email (4 days now and counting). I'm willing to wait until they do before I fiddle with anything.

EVGA got back to me today. They asked if I had tried sticking it back on as it is, which I have. And also offered to send me a new sticker if mine still falls off, which it does, so they're sending me a new sticker.

Hopefully the new sticker stays on for the remaining 9 years of the warranty

For better results try to clean place where sticker is placing with some alcohol like isopropyl.

Yep.. I was gona say clean off the old residue first so the new sticker will hold with a clean surface to stick to.

Grab that alcohol and a napkin/paper towel.

Maybe able to rub the sticky goo off first with a finger and then a quick hit with the alcohol rub.
