EVGA RTX 3060 XC Black (GA104) >=52 С at idle!

(Sorry for the bad English )
I have an EVGA RTX 3060 XC Black Gaming (GA104) heats up to ~52C at idle. When watching youtube and other sites it heats up to 53-55 and starts spinning fans. Why such high idle temperatures? Are these normal temperatures for a GA104 chip at minimum load?
In furmark at full load the temperature is 67-68 C.
Room temp is ~28 C
vbios 94.04.71.00.6A
GPU at idle: 210mhz / 656Mv, Mem: 405mhz

    Since card's fans stops spinning when under certain temp I would say it is normal under some conditions such as low airflow in case and high room temp.

    Since your temps are relatively good at full load, I would assume that you have very low airflow in your case, causing it the card to get warm while sitting idle.
