I have the EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra 3-slot card. The BIOS it came with was 90.04.86.00.DC. There is a different one in TechPowerUp GPU BIOS Database - 90.04.76.00.FA. Which is the latest one?
You can check with EVGA's PX1 software. There should be a small 'i' in a circle at the bottom right of the software next to the version number that you can see if you need an update. As long as the GPU is working fine, I wouldn't bother changing anything.
