I can't find the P/N for my Super 1650 on the website. It is P/N: 04G-P4-1357-KB. Can anyone tell me why it wouldn't be listed? I'm having troubles with my monitor flickering & I cannot play Multiplayer Warzone for too long without my PC freezing. Currently on the wait list for a few different cards, but while I'm waiting I want at least to be able to play  .

what does the page listing have to do with whether it's working or not .?
I think the KB is from a special version at a vendor ? Best Buy possibly .?

Your post is extremely vague as to what is going on..... you should list out your entire system specs first, then tell everyone exactly what is happening and what you have done in trying to fix it so far...

Storage- Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card- EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB SC ULTRA GAMING Video Card
1.) Tried updating NVIDIA drivers
2.) Tried reinstalling the game
3.) Tried fresh OS install -> Reinstalling drivers -> Reinstalling game

monitor flickering could be a bad cable from graphics card to it/ or the monitor is going bad ...
PC freezing could be hard drive/ SSD / memory timings or a bad stick/ going bad ( I would have said software also but you say you did fresh installs )

Thank you very much for the help. I'll try a new monitor and see if that helps & I'll also run a diagnostic on the memory and let you know how that goes.

No issues with my Ram & monitor change didn't help. The game keeps crashing =/

Contact EVGA techs , tell them what you've done to test , they may ask you to try a few more things...before setting up an RMA replacement for another card
