Hey Folks,
New to the community. But I came here regarding a problem I am having. I purchased a noctua NF-F12 off of amazon to replace the stock radiator fan that came with my card. I wanted something quieter. I got the new fan today and I started installing it. Got it all hooked up and then switched on my system but didn't have any RPM on that new fan.
 
I plugged the fan into a fan header on my mobo and it spun up meaning that it is functional. Tried changing fan RPMs and profiles in Precision X1 but didn't have any success there either. 
The the only conclusion I am at right now is that since the 3-pin NF-F12's are 5V it isn't compatible. The original fan is seemingly a 12V.
Does anyone know anything further about this?
