OC Scan stuck at 0%

It worked when I first got my 3090 FTW3 Ultra but now stuck at 0%.  I have defaulted everything but still no luck.  Shutdown as many apps as possible too.
 
Any ideas?

    Maybe Display Driver Remover and reinstalled both drivers and X1

    Was there any outcome I have the same issue with a new rtx3060. Brand new just got it Saturday
