So, I have been loving my new card that I got about 6 weeks ago. Yesterday I went to boot up and it won't post. When I power on my RGB AIO turns on but the RTX 2080 flashes the 3 red LEDs on the top of it very briefly and then the single one that is closest to the mounting bracket stays on and the RGB does not turn on at all. The PC will try resetting itself a few times but it will not post and the card stays in this state. I have tried re-seating the card and have even tried a different PSU with the same result. Is my card toast?

Do you have a different card to try and see if you can post that way? If so sure sounds like you card messed up on you. Was it fine and you shut the pc down and went to reboot and the problem started?

The PC was off and I went to turn it on and this happened. I don't have another GPU to try at the moment and my CPU does not have integrated video. I have already started the RMA process by submitting my issue to service but I am a little worried that this card died in the first 6 weeks.

Was you running a different power cable to each connector on the video card from the power supply or a single cable for both?

It was a single cable when it stopped working but when I tried the other PSU I used 2 separate cables.

To bad you didn't have a different vga to try, i always have a spare power supply and vga to check with just in case, even if its a cheapy video card.

Yeah, I only started to get back into PC building and don't have many old parts lying around. I am tempted to buy one just to test and then sell it used. Most the systems that I work on at work have integrated video. I guess that I could take a PC home and see if the GPU would work in it. That's just crazy enough to work!

Well in my opinion if you have to RMA your card you need another one anyways then so i think i would just buy something and get it asap so you have it whether it be for testing or using temporarily either way.
