I was told this on my very first entry. Now that I'm thinking more about it, it might be because I'm connected to a VPN but it didn't occur to me to try that first because I still had to log in to my accounts. It seemed as if it was based on my accounts and not on my IP address.
 
I will try disconnecting from VPN but if that doesn't resolve it does any one know what's going on with that? Not pressing to do right this minute since we have 14 days but I am definitely in the market for a new power supply and winning won would be amaze-balls!

So, You might actually try without VPN as you said, Because the way Gleam works, it logs your IP to cross-check for multiple entries. If the VPN issues you an IP and someone else has used that IP, both of you will be out of luck because the person doing the give away can choose to hide the entries using multiple accounts.

Okay I'll try this in addition to disconnecting my VPN. PC is set up with all sorts of ad-blocker stuff including cookie-autodelete.

I'll try from my phone instead.
