What "1.9" code mean?

Hi 
 
I bought X299 Dark and today i saw something which I didnt see before. What code "1.9" mean? yesterday was only CPU Temp on screen but now is "1.9" too. I dont see anything about it in manual. What is it?

    Pages 138 - 139 describe the user-configurable readout that is shown in your picture.  The number "1.9" looks like a voltage readout (there are many possibilities available).  The number "78" in the picture is probably a temperature readout of some kind.  The manual describes how to set these.

    1.9 volts? I wonder what would be 1.9 volts in a modern computer.

    Most likely the CPU VIN it's around 1.8v on auto on my X299 Dark,  asus calls it VCCIN in their bios.

    Thank, I checked it and it is CPU VIN. It shows on screen after manual OC.
