The seal was opened on the retail box and looked like it was repackaged.  Getting ready to go to work and will install tonight, I hope there are no issues.

    Well take pics of it to document it. Call evga if thiers no thin plastic wrap film around the card as it would be new.

    Plastic wrap was there and looked good and card looks fine, it bothers me that the box was open.
    Going to work and I will install the card tonight.

    Naw, I'm talking about the thin clear film one removes from the shiny parts of the cooler.. if that's still in then new. Removed, I'd be concerned.

    Yep, that was fine.  Installed the card and everything seems ok, works like a champ so far.
     
    New driver and the card was easy and fast to install, fired up the first time.
