Just ballpark, like is it 4-6 weeks? Can it be quicker? Longer? Just need an estimation.

Well, if the 780Ti queue is anything like the 780 one, it was long. When I did step up, I think was at least 3 months....but I was like #360 in the queue. If you are much lower position, might be shorter time. My suggestion, hope for the best, expect the worst...

The queue can take a few days to up to a month or more depending on how quickly the line moves. People at the front of the line once they are approved have 14 days to pay for the step up and ship it in. Also keep in mind if we are out of stock on the card the line wont move. Its hard to tell exactly how quick it will go.

Also keep in mind that the step-up date on your account is for entering the queue, not finalizing all steps for the step-up. You will only need to send in your card once you've hit the top of the queue and you've paid for the new card. At that point, it's simply the matter of shipping it to EVGA and the quick turn-around for EVGA to ship your new card out to you.

Yeah my step up to a 780Ti dragging like a three legged dog, even though the card is in stock..... No movement for 3 days!

This is not what I wanted to hear. I've been stuck at 261 on a 780Ti

I have gone from 183 to 169 since Friday the 8th when they were released...I hope it starts moving faster. I want to be able to get the promo items before they stop offering it.

Update: No movement for 5 days now! Sock is in place, so no idea why step up's are dragging..... Part of the issue is that people are given 14 days to pay and ship back their old card once they get to the front of the line. This two week latency in the system might be creating the massive delays.... Suggestion, cut back the time that people have to get their old cards back to EVGA.... At the very least people should be given 3 days to post the card back.. No more...

Step-ups do not qualify for the promo items. The Step-up program is a promo in itself.

I signed up to step up my 780 Classified for a ti at the cost of returning my old card and paying £12 postage for the ti to be delivered (paid £551 for classy) . Did this on 7th Nov and was 28th in queue and sat in same position until Tuesday this week when I got the email saying that my card was ready and to make the shipping payment. Sent old card back next day and just waiting for new one now. Really pleased with the speed of the service so far

Waiting in the 780gtx queue I went from 32 and 33 to 28 and 29 in two weeks and than to 0 in one day. It was a nice surprise for me, as i was expecting the same speed for the next months.

Do you live in Europe or North America? edit: Never mind...just saw that you pay British Pounds.
