Hi, When I get done installing the Nu Audio Driver 4.55.0 says I must disconnect and reconnect the device to complete driver installation I don't know how many times I've tried to fix this problem, but I can't get past it. Because after it I get all the run time errors where it doesn't detect the line out and etc. I've uninstalled all other audio, disabled in bios also, I have the correct SATA cable still get no RGB light up on the card. Yes, my problem might be because I'm on a really early release build, so any help to fix this I would really appreciate it.

Thank You

I'm only seeing that message these days when I have the software installed on a system without a NU Audio Card is installed.  In your case, if the lighting isn't on, it means one of three things:

    1.  You have a SATA connector plugged in, but it's a molex to SATA adapter cable, rather than a SATA cable directly from the power supply.
    2.  The PCIe slot is disabled (might be something that's needed to be enabled in the motherboard BIOS)
    3.  The card isn't seated correctly.
    4.  The card, unfortunately, may be faulty.

Yea I just bought a SATA type 4 goes right from PSU to the audio card.
to enable the PCIe in the bios it has them all at auto where the drop down for each has like a Gen 1-4 so I'm not sure what I would really do here if need be?

There seems to be a few oddities as a result of this card being an USB device slapped onto a PCIe PCB (I could be wrong here).

Try pressing yes on that question, entering your device manager, uninstalling your ASMedia USB3.0 eXtensible Host Controller (under Unisversal Serial Bus Controllers) and rebooting.

I tried that still nothing I think I've tried everything I could. Just to make sure the RBG lighting is suppose to light up when you boot up way before you install the drivers? If so then that never happened for me. I probably got a faulty one so I'm gonna RMA it.
