does she have to upload the invoice if she purchased it from EVGA or will that be auto-magic?

From the date of purchase or the date the card was ordered on.

No being the card was bought from the EVGA Web Store, but I still do.
It can sometime speed thing up like Step-Up and Promotions like Game Code Giveaways.
