RTX 2080/2080Ti Fan clicking at low temps

I noticed that the fan starts clicking on low temperatures. Looking in HWInfo64 it seems that the fan tries to spin up and spin down frequently when reaching a certain temperature. Sometimes it happens so frequently that I have to set a manual fan speed and return back to Auto after a while.

    If you set your forum filter to the last year and search this forum section you will find this is old news and has been hashed over quite a bit
