If you are using Windows 7 and experience any issues with your NU Audio card, you may need to install some patch files for the drivers to be installed correctly. You can find those files as well as instructions at our FAQ link here: http://www.evga.com/support/faq/?f=59761.
 
Before patching the system, please ensure that any versions of NU Audio software are completely uninstalled from your system first and then reboot. Once you have installed the correct files located in that FAQ, you will then want to download and install the latest version of the NU Audio driver software.
