I used to be able to open the NU Audio program, but am no longer able to.  I've since uninstalled Voicemeeter, and Realtek drivers. Any idea why I can't open NU Audio after at least 3 uninstalls + re-installs + reboots?  I've attached application and NET run time errors as images; also, I have attached my Speccy system specs. Thanks.

EDIT: sfc /scannow found no integrity violations.

I'm sorry to hear that.  I'll have our team look into this, but it will probably take another day or two.

Stupid question maybe, but did you try reinstalling .net as well?

Nemmera, I uninstalled both .NET 3.5 and 4.7 and reinstalled, and that didn't bring back NUA.exe.   Instead of waiting for a fix and troubleshooting any further, I proceeded to re-image my PC to vanilla Windows 10 x64-1809 as it didn't take long to get my C drive back to it's near-original condition.  I can answer any more questions as it pertains to what I did to troubleshoot.

Did you run Windows Update to update your Computer after doing this?
You should have only Repaired them you are better off now Install a Fresh OS.

I forgot that I had captured my old OS on my previous Windows 10 build with VMware, so I'm actually able to go back and troubleshoot this! At least until EVGA comes out with a fix.

@bcavnaugh: Yes.  Not only did I do that, I installed .NET updates during the NET installation screen on "Turn Windows Features on or off".  I reinstalled as uninstalls are the more "straight to the chase repair" in my experience vs. a repair, so I just shot to the chase - this is validated by Microsoft's .NET Framework repair tool as indicated in the picture here, which is on my captured - C: drive from prior to the re-image.

I attempted to open NUA.exe after the image posted, and still, crash.  Same errors in Event Viewer.

This really adds a Lot to the Plot VMware
It sound like you are installing the NU Audio Software without completing all the Windows Updates and an incomplete OS install.

Get All the Windows Updates Installed
Then Install all the all the Below x64 and x86 (32 Bit) versions.
Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013
Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Windows XP
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4
Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Windows XP
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
They are for Windows 7 and below so I am not sure they will install on Windows 8.x
I take it that your OS is updated from Windows Update as well?
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

Then Run Windows Updates and update the Runtimes where needed and Then install the NU Audio Software.

I had our team look into this, and here was their suggestion:

1.  Close/quit the NU Audio software. [Edit - I realize that may not be possible, given the circumstance, so you might be able to skip this one]
2.  Go into your AppData folder, then Local (just type "%LocalAppData%" into File Explorer (without the quotes)).  If that doesn't open, you might need to Show Hidden Files or Folders.
3.  Go into the "EVGA" Folder.
4.  Delete any folders that start with "NUA.exe_Url_...."

It will look something like this:

You shouldn't need to reinstall the driver, as a new folder will be created in that folder on the next software launch (which is normal).

Let me know if that doesn't work.

YES! That solution works!  So I didn't have to update anything (OS, NET, etc), just delete that folder and boom, now the program comes up.  Thanks a lot.  Since I reimaged my PC, the program has come up just fine and has not reacted as such, especially since being on 0.1.2.3.  Well, I know that if it happens again, I'll know what to do.  You all probably fixed this with the 0.1.2.3 fix so I don't know if this anomaly will show itself.

I am having this problem as well. It was working fine for the last day (I installed it Friday) and tonight the audio in discord and steam chat has been odd. At times I couldn't hear anyone at all, just very suddenly. It would sometimes come back. Restarted computer and now I get SPDIF, Mic and Line In not found error. Deleting that folder did nothing for me.

Edit: I figured it out.. I somehow disabled all those things.. I fixed it.. lol.

Great!  Keep us posted.

And now suddenly my EVGA Nu Audio Program refuses to open.  I deleted the folder from %LOCALAPPDATA%\EVGA this time, but that move apparently didn't save me.  Currently beginning other troubleshooting steps such as restart/reinstall/etc.

UPDATE: So, I typically disable unused audio interfaces, and if any of the EVGA audio interfaces are disabled, I get the warning when I first open Nu Audio.  If I get the warning, click OK, then the program doesn't open.  If I leave the interfaces enabled, the program will open just fine.  So much whack-a-mole...

Those sorts of warnings are known, and we're working on a way to bypass the checks when the program opens, which should fix that issue, as well.
