I am doing the EVGA step up program and it's showing that I am being charged $1249.99 for the 11G-P4-2282-KR when EVGA's own website is selling it for $1149.99

https://www.evga.com/prod...aspx?pn=11G-P4-2282-KR

Is this an error? It's kind of upsetting to pay a higher price for something only to have it be a cheaper price on the website.

"Dear <redacted>,
This email confirms that your payment for your Step-Up has been received.
Step-Up ID: <redacted>
Original Product Serial Number: <redacted>
Original Part Number: 08G-P4-2182-KR - EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC GAMING, 08G-P4-2182-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans &; RGB LED
NEW Part Number: 11G-P4-2282-KR
Original Price: 799.99
New Product Price: 1249.99"

EVGA is known for it's exceptional customer service and since I haven't even had my new card shipped, I am hoping they will honor the price.

    Question...

When did you apply for the step up?  Some people here have stated that they started the step up before the price increased to $1249...and they got the $1149 price on payment.  When you applied for step up, what was the price of the card.  Granted...price went back down...but if you filled out the request at $1249, then it may be that it didn't change during payment step.

MSI MAG X670-E Tomahawk;  Ryzen 7 7800X3D; Asus TUF RTX 4070 TI OC; Seasonic Vertex GX-1000 PSU; 32 GB  Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 CL30 RGB; Corsair iCue Link H150i LCD 360MM AIO; 2-Western Digital Black 4 TB SN850X NVMe; Creative SoundBlaster Z;  Lian Li Lancool III; Corsair K70 RGB Pro MX Speed Silver Keyboard; Razer Viper 8K Mouse

im pretty sure it was $1149, but I’m not 100% sure. But I’ve sent EVGA an email and hopefully they will honor the $1149 price.
