Just noticed this on Steam.. interesting. EVGA is one of the component brands available there btw. Build a rig, all sorts of real-world components available including full water cooling options, and from the look of it there's even a mock BIOS to overclock it and run faux benchmarks in 3DMark. Reviews are pretty positive too. It also is a game of sorts where you start your own PC store or something.. might be fun to play with.

I saw this a couple months back and have it on my wishlist, It's gone on sale plenty of times, Looks like a good time killer, But haven't actually bought it yet.

Edit: decided it'd be a good time to buy it now. I got the DLC as well, I'll let you know later.

Just played it for over an hour, pretty neat!

You can either go through free build mode and not worry about anything, Just custom build a PC, do benchmarks, etc. etc. or play the career mode, Which I did as well. You pretty much run a PC repair / build shop and you have to maintain proper currency, super easy to do and you have to do every proper step, like changing RAM, cleaning out the computer, changing out parts, fulfilling a customers request and making sure to order the parts you're going to need for the next day lol.

I also loved the fact that you can go into your office computer and change the music to internet radio, it has a bunch of different genres so you can listen to your favorite music while playing. You have to pay the shops utility bills and deal with the bank as well. Pretty much everything revolving around running a PC shop.

Sounds interesting. Didn’t really expect it to be a whole simulator with a repair shop but that makes it have a challenge.
