Unable to find 'Submit Payment' opton on step 3 of stepup

Within the step-up program, I have been emailed to advise me to make payment by looking for 'Submit Payment' option, I cannot see it. 
At bottom it says Next Step: Expired...

I only have until the 9th before my 7 days runs out so I am getting very concerned!

I have raised a tech support ticket but have yet to receive a response.
