SR-X bus overclock doesn't work

I have SR-X and two 2680v2. They work fine at 100mhz bus, but if I try to make 101 or more both of network adapters are disabled.
And system doesn't start with bus 104+ but Ivy Bridge processors should work with 110-115mhz.
Perhaps the motherboard has some settings that I do not see?

    I think that this is normal for this architecture of products manufactured during that period.
