Spent a lot of money on a EVGA 2080Ti video card, and it was stated by EVGA that the new Precision X1 was amazing and fully functioning software that comes with the cards. Yet the program is so broken its not funny.  Why sell a card "and state so much about the software" if its only still a broken beta program still, and still having a major issues like all the other years with this software.  Nearly everyone I've seen and also know of have ditched precision for MSI afterburner. Wouldn't EVGA want to stop that very common and well known trend?   Can i ask a question: Why is this program still broken, and EVGA has had this software for "YEARS" now.  Why are they releasing this program still? Its a mess still, year after year!
 
WHY DO WE HARDLY EVER HEAR FROM REAL ENGINEERS ABOUT THE TRUTH OF SOME OF THESE ISSUES?  
 
Issues:
 
Still doesn't save presets (program starts with windows, yet wont load any saved presets) - yet the preset tabs don't work anyhow.  you can try to make multiple presets, and there remains no presets. The preset tabs dont work at all
Led issues (setting menu is gone in latest version - yet wouldn't reload the last settings anyhow, because the program doesn't save presets - even led settings are not saved)
Crashes nearly every single time when you click to open it from the tray
Almost never works in game with the monitor / hooks onto almost no games at all for the on screen display
Every time a new version of it comes out, there is missing features that the version before it had, like the led settings etc etc, and games it hooked onto to monitor, it stops monitoring them
Latest version info states there is now CPU temp monitoring, yet its no where to be seen, and the software doesn't hook onto even more games now, so it doesn't show up within games
