Unable to Change LED color on EVGA 2080ti Black Edition using Precision X1

Hi there I just got my EVGA 2080ti Black Edition Card and I downloaded Precision X1 but I am unable to Change the LED color as there is no color Options to choose from.
 
Could you kindly provide me some assistance.

    The colour options have been moved to the LED sync applet. You can change them there.

    Ok thanks for that, I downgraded the software to the older version which also resolved it however could you tell me why I am unable to change my FAN speeds?
     
    When I change the Fan speed to 100% nothing changes.
     
    NVM i think i resolved it.
