When will the RTX 2070 be added to the Set-Up List?

I have read extensively on the step-up program and expected the RTX 2070 to be added to the list on the release date.
 
Everywhere has the release date clearly posted as October 17th - including EVGA adding it to their website product list as of that date.
 

 
It is not noted as a "pre purchase" - it is an actual hard launch release date. So why is it still omitted from the step-up program? And when will it be added to the step-up list?

    Unfortunately as of now we do not have any information on when or if the 2070 will be added to the step up list.

    We do apologize that you felt this way as it is not our intention to make you feel this way but we would rather have you feel that you have secure safety net after you make your purchase. We do try to make this the best program for our customers and update the list as needed. The 2080 are on the list and were put up pretty quick when they did launch.

    If it makes any difference, I really feel like it should be added to the Step-Up list. The 2070 is the most affordable card for this series so far (While still over-priced) and it is likely going to be the most sought after card for that reason. Through the years, you guys have taken care of me extremely well from a customer service standpoint and I always purchase your products, but to not add this card to the list would be pretty crappy.

    There are few guarantees with EVGA's Step-Up Program.  We are lucky and blessed to even have it at all as nobody else does it.

    Any chance you can add the RTX 2070 XC Gaming to the Step-Up program?  It's almost the same price as the Black on your website.  Would be nice for existing customers of yours.  Thanks.
