Is it ok to change CPU VIN from AUTO[1.8volts] to 1.7volts?

Remember - when on auto and booted into the bios (ESP after a clear cmos after a failed OC) the voltage numbers are high as they slightly boost the voltages during boot and going into bios to insure it boots. Almost need to actually boot into the OS and monitor what the voltages are doing with either the ELEET software or HWINFO64
