Thanks, the taiwan team has responded me in start of this week and I sent a Broken graphics card with RMA Invoice with upper side of the postbox.
But I have another problem. I sent it with EMS and post office said it's delivered in 9 A.M In taiwan standard time today (10/5) (And tracking Log said the same thing). but when i contacted EVGA Taiwan Support service in late after noon(It was almost 2 or 3 P.M for taiwan standard time), they said me to They didn't recevied the GPU at all.
When i contacted with Taiwan Post office, they said I have to contact with local post office but they don't have any support e-mail but local phone number only so i must call them with international call....
I am going to report this one to Korean post office just in case in next week, but Does EVGA's GPU RMA receive process takes a day or serveral hours?
