Samsung has quietly added 32 GB unbuffered DDR4 memory modules to its lineup of products. What does that mean? Well that means you can have 4 memory DIMMs with 128GB of memory. Most motherboards are certified for 64GB of memory but with this type of product that could soon change. Since a normal 32GB DIMM costs about 300 bucks imagine what 4 DIMMs would cost...an arm and a leg.

The manual on my X99 says it supports 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB DDR4 DIMMs. These are a no go for me.
