I'm not asking for help with software. I'm giving out new information on Computer News.
So When you are Giving Out Information about Software or Software Updates or Software/OS Patches they go under Computer Industry News? But if you are Asking About Software or Software Updates or Software Issues or Help with Software then they go under General Software?

For this it would fall into industry news on Hardware/Software and General Software. In cases like that I would let the forum member that made the post decide the correct section. I personally feel forums should only be moved when they are clearly in the wrong area as I want to be seen as friendly and helpful and not an enforcer pushing my will onto users.
