So are you just complaining about overall low framerates? Your post was half way confusing. Have you ran 3Dmark & compared your results to other similar systems? Please ensure you download the latest driver for your GPU HERE. be sure to do a "clean install" during driver installation process. After that try your games again and see if that helps at all. It also wouldn't hurt to know the rest of your hardware setup.

    edit: Additional Questions
what resolution are you playing at?
    What games have your tried?
Did the 1060 replace a different card recently?
    and/or
Was performance good then turn bad?

I am so confused. 120 FPS, 50 FPS, or 12 FPS? If you used full sentences and more descriptions, it would help a lot.

As said above, I have the same questions and recommendations.

Hey good stuff, glad you figured it out. I don't think I'd have expected or guessed that one unless I was physically there with the machine.

Is the cpu done? Is it unstable now? The processor. You could’ve shorted out areas on it with bent pins
