Hey JacobF
I just recieved my SC17 yesterday. Was disgusted to see Windows 10 home version lmao. I'm reinstalling Windows 10 Enterprise today, and i just downloaded all of the necessary drivers however i do not see any way to download the newest bios. My unit shipped with 1.01. I followed your link but the only thing available for me are drivers. Thanks!

Just got my SC17 and I also do not have a BIOS option for my SC17 Currently using the 1.01 as well.

Hello,
I have one of the new 7820/1080 SC17s and I believe it is the 768-55-2633. I don't see that model on the list to select from when downloading drivers and BIOS. Is there a link to download software for that model?

I also don't see it (highest is 1.02), I'm on 768-41-2633-T3

Why does last years Bios version have higher version numbers than this year?

Hi,
I don't see 1.04, I only see 1.03 for the 768-41-2633 model and this thread was announced about 2 years ago, does 1.03 cover the updates in 1.04 for my model?

There will be a new BIOS update shortly. The reason for the difference in BIOS numbers is that the 1.04 BIOS referenced above was used on newer laptops to aid installation of Windows prior to shipping to customers. It has no bearing on functionality or performance, or anything that improves things for end-users, which is why it hasn't been posted.

Well LeeM I have read on the forums here that updating the bios to 1.04 stops the rebooting whenever I try to play a game. I would much prefer to do a bios update than have to RMA this brand new SC17 laptop I bought. I am also trying to update the Precision X mobile but it says I need a registered version. I see links for new versions however no actual download... So um?

You posted the same question multiple places. I hope other people will be able to follow your trail when looking for the same answer. Go here: https://www.evga.com/support/download/Then click Other Products Tab -> Category: Laptop -> Part number: your laptop's part number (sticker on bottom of laptop) -> Type: BIOS BIOS version 1.04 has been removed and is not available. See: https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2774490Try 1.03 (if you haven't already) or wait for 1.05.
