Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here is my question. I buy EVGA products frequently. Sometimes bstock, sometimes new. (If I get them new its usually from Amazon) Up until the last 2 orders, they have always uploaded a UPS tracking number. However, a few weeks ago I ordered 2x BR450 power supplies bstock. In my order history I can see they were shipped, but it said "Tracking Number: " with no number provided. The package arrived and I did notice a tracking number on the package, so the item definitely had tracking. I figured it was a fluke. However, last Wednesday I ordered a refurb EVGA GT650 PSU during the midweek madness sale. Same story. It shows as shipped in my order history, but there is no tracking number uploaded. What is up?

Maybe they have a new policy for used items or they're just too busy/lazy.

Finally uploaded a tracking number today. The item was out for delivery by the time the tracking number was uploaded. A bit annoying.
Still the box below my order number and info says "tracking number: " with no number, but above that near the order date there is a tracking number. Yesterday there was no number there.

No new policy. All of this is automated, so the busy/lazy side of this won't factor in for this type of issue. nighthawkrmx

I can confirm that you had tracking numbers on each of your orders. However, that doesn't mean that it was visible to you on your order history page. This is likely a website or programming issue on our end, and we'll look into it. Thanks for reporting the issue!

Yes, that's what we can see on our end now. We know the root cause of the issue, but I don't have an ETA for when it will be fixed.
