Classified K 8700 "overclocking" Help...

hi i have a 8700 non K, i was wandering how would i be able to run 1 core at the max (4.6) boost clock 24/7. I could do this on my former aorus z370. But i see no option on how to do it on the Classified K?
anyone have any idea or a manual of the BIOS 

(i know theres a manual.pdf, but no info on the specific BIOS use)

    If you are running Windows 10, change your power setting's scheme to "Maximum Performance" and it should lock to the CPU's maximum turbo boost.
