I  have a 132-BL-E758-A1 EVGA X58 SLI motherboard and currently boot (c:) to a Corsair 128GB MLC NAND Flash II Solid State Drive.  I need to replace the SSD.  Can I replace the SATA II SSD with a SATA III SSD?  If so, are there any changes to the bios or motherboard that I need to make for this to work?

Should be backwards compatible but the new SSD will be limited to sata2 bus speeds.
