So a little over a month ago I RMAed my Z10 because it would randomly stop working. When I got the new one the box was kinda scuffed, but whatever. When I opened it the LCD screen was literally falling off and I had to push it back in (not a good sign). Anyways "new" Z10 is doing the same damn thing now (literally). Unplugging and plugging back in does nothing. Trying another computer does nothing. Only the Pass-thru USBs work.
Funny thing was when I was when I plugged it onto my Surface (to test it on another PC), I accidentally dropped it on the floor and the keyboard lit back up and windows made the device connected noise, but the keyboard was still unresponsive.
I'm back to using my old Corsair keyboard yet again because EVGA seems to keep giving me defective products. At this point I'm convinced the just sent me my old keyboard back. I'm not even sure its worth another RMA, I had to pay $30 just to ship it. And I'm honestly tempted to get the RGB variant with different switches (I had blue), but I'm afraid I'll just get shafted with another keyboard the lasts a month or two then just dies.
EVGA I love your stuff, and I really loved the keyboard, but clearly something is wrong with the internal build quality of some of these keyboards, at least the 2 that I have gotten.
Am I just anomalous with this issue or is there anyone else having problems with the keyboard acting up and being unresponsive?
