Recently got my new SC17 1070 laptop and when I powered it on, it immediately had a sound like a fan was hitting the aluminum body. Seems like if there's any pressure on the bottom left grill (I assume the GPU fan), the noise starts, even on a flat surface. When I lift the laptop, there is no noise and to recreate the noise, I simply have to put a little pressure in the area with my hand.

Does every laptop have this problem or is it common? And how is the RMA replacement for these laptops; I heard they send you refurbished/re certified products, which makes me not want to send in for a replacement in case the fan problem is normal. That and also the fact that I have to pay shipping to send back this 18lb package.

Other than that, the laptop is mostly fine; sometimes the computer is stuck on a litted Black screen when I shut down or restart but I can live with that.
