Try getting a graphics driver from NVIDIA here and see how it rolls.

Then there's Display Driver Uninstaller you can run in Safe Mode before trying to install a graphics driver.

Welcome. Probably is nothing serious.
Download Display Driver Uninstaller.

http://www.guru3d.com/fil...nstaller-download.html

Start him in safe mod or I start him and in normal mod.
He will clean all traces of previos installed driver.

Download NVIDIA Display Driver for GTX1060 from NVIDIA site, last for GTX1060 for your OS.
Install only Display Driver and PhysX. You will have option to check what you want to install, check Clean Installation and only Display Driver and NVIDIA PhysX.

Yup ddu to the rescue! Just make sure to install it first before you go into safe mode. Tuning it in safe mode is a must because windows can't uninstall stuff while it's running. It's tricky getting into safe mode in win10 so Google it.
