Hello, the idle on the card should be relatively quiet. If you have a program, like Precision XOC, that a monitor both fan speeds and card temperatures, what readings are you getting? Does the card reduce both the GPU Core and Memory clocks when idling?

First, let me Thank You for quick reply, as for my response :  The idle of the card is Not quiet, even at Idle it sounds as if I am gaming. I don't have any fan monitoring software, but will look at my Motherboard ,  ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer, to see if there is a utility software. If I don't find it on their website, I will look into the PRECSION XOC software you talked about.  Again,  thanks Adlai  for the Help and like I said, other than the loud noise at Idle, GPU work GREAT !!
