I recently bought my EVGA GTX1070 FTW ACX 3.0 from Amazon UK but it's not on the list of approved vendors ( but Amazon France is?? ).
I little miffed about this because at £425 it still wasn't what I'd call cheep. I'll not be buying a powerlink from Amazon because they're asking £44. :(

I don't get that whole "must be official reseller". Having proof of purchase and valid serial number should be enough.

in my country there are only 3 or so "official resellers" - where do they get stuff? From "official distributor". How is it then different from other shops who also get stuff from official evga distributors but they were not let in to " official reseller" list?

it's not like someone can produce fake evga cards, anything like this would get validated at product registration. all cards ultimately come from evga and yet somehow it matters where it was bought? what a logic
