How long for EVGA to mark RMA as received?

I sent my card back to EVGA on Tuesday with guaranteed next day delivery. I checked the tracking and it was delivered yesterday at 12:25pm. EVGA still haven't marked it as received and it's 9:17am Thursday now. How long does it usually take for them to mark it as received?
 
Update: as of 10:32am it has been marked as received. So I guess about 22 hours.

    I have double-checked your RMA status and also see that your package has been received. Sometimes it takes a little while for us to process the packages after they are dropped off. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!

    Mine was delivered Friday morning...hoping it changes to received today....

    Typically if a package arrives on a Friday we will have it checked into the system the following Monday, so you should be good. Please allow 1-3 Business days for us to get a replacement shipped out, if it is a Standard RMA, or 7-10 Business days to refund collateral if it was a Cross-Shipment RMA.

    Mine got marked as received at 11/07 and shipping it's still in pending, I've asked via email on friday and apparently it was shipped last tuesday, and today I used the chat and the guy there told me that it hasn't been shipped
