Southbridge cooling the EVGA E758-A1 (Northbridge also)

The fan that comes with the built-in NB/SB heatsink is junk. The board itself is superb, one of the best boards out there, in my opinion. So I've decided that using the SLF-30 for the southbridge isn't going to be enough to dissipate the heat, so I'm clueless as to what to use for the southbridge cooling. For the Northbridge, I'd rather the heatsink not be so bulky and large but, I'm gonna have to go with a HR-05. What can I do for the south bridge? Which is 30mm x 30mm (WxH) While measured hole to hole distance for heatsink mounting is 50mm. That is how you measure the hole to hole distance right?

Motherboard: EVGA E758-A1 Rev 3
Memory: (2x8) 16GB G.Skill F3-10600CL9D-16GBNT 8-8-8-24 @ 1800MHz [Overclock]
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) 6-Core CPU W3690 @ 4.25 GHz [Overclock]
GPU: EVGA GTX 950
Windows 8.1 Pro N.


Would that work? Is there a better way? I don't want the peltier to get
condensation or frost on it, so that's why I want to rig the switch up to
allow the voltage to be regulated, I thought about using a potentiometer;
but I'm not sure yet.

    You could just get a new fan for the stock heatsink, i believe its a 40mm size. The x58 chip always did run a bit warm but ICH10 southbridge chip didnt, which is why it was mostly passively cooled. You could get a water block if you wanted but otherwise i would just replace the fan

    I can't find any waterblocks that would work / line up with the screw holes. The Northbridge actually runs cooler than the Southbridge, I wonder why.
    I'll list my voltages in bit, I know I have to step them down a bit, I'm testing them for stability now. Either way I still want to be able to cool this better. I feel like the heatsink used on the 768 would work on this board. Now I just need to find one. EVGA won't sell or send me one, so I'll have to find another way.

    For the Northbridge, I want something that looks nice.
