I was lucky enough to get an order in for the EVGA 1080 Ti/Titan X AIO watercooler (400-HY-5388-B1). I will be putting it on the EVGA 1080 TI Founders Edition card. Can anyone share what temps/clocks they are getting with it installed? Any special thermal paste used? Thanks.

2063 to 2088MHz seems to be the top end for overclocking the 1080 Ti. As always, there are some outliers that can go a bit higher. These cards hit a power limit which can limit the clockspeed, so tweaking the voltage / frequency curve will help keep the card from dropping down as much when it does hit the power limit.

Temps will greatly depend on your case airflow - I forgot to turn on my three 200mm side fans and temps were 10C hotter than usual. I typically get 43C, and depending on the game and resolution it can be as high as 49C (4K makes the card work more than 1080p, so it is hotter).

For TIM I use Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. At most I've seen a 3C difference on air vs stock EVGA paste. Typically it is closer to 1 or 2 C. Unless there is too little TIM, that can make a big difference.

Full disclosure: I'm running a non-EVGA AIO, yet my results are similar to others with EVGA's offering. Hardware list in the modrigs to the left.

I FINALLY got one today. I also have an EVGA 1080ti FE card and some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut I can use. I'll post temps/clocks. My card isn't the best overclocker since it usually hovers around 1940-1987 while gaming on air. I think I've seen it hit 2025 max at 50C with K boost and the voltage cranked to 100%. That's even with +150 on the core and 0 on the memory. Temps still in the 78-84 range with 8 case fans and a repaste using Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut. (I bought some Kryonaut for the hybrid install since I wasn't impressed with Hydronaut's performance)

I'll be happy if the hybrid helps me stay above 2k. If not, I'll focus on tuning it to make my case quieter while gaming.

The hottest I've managed to get my 1080 Ti hybrid was 66c* with Max voltage, +200 core and 120% power.

But I run very low fan speeds, everyone else is reporting around 43-50c

*Did manage to get to 80 once but that was with like no airflow going through the rad.

In the multiple threads I've either read or participated in, the general consensus with typical case cooling is 45-50C full load temps.  The usual caveats apply ie warmer ambient temps poor case air flow etc etc...will affect your outcome.

38-45C at load... max I've ever seen was 49C.

Idle temps 20-23C... lowest was 19C.

Ambient temp mid 60's F.  Welcome to the PNW.

OC 2063-2076 mhz has been stable... pushing the memory OC has me hitting the power limit.  Right now I'm running +175 core +100 memory.

Still trying to find my happy medium but am 100% satisified with this hybrid kit.

Annnnd I can't even add an additional +5 mhz on the core or else it crashes. Clocks are kinda the same. Card can hit 60C max even with Kryonaut.

With the voltage at max I can hover at 2012 until the card hits 57-60C then it's back to 1987 again.

Kinda bummed I lost the lottery but at least my card no longer sounds like a hairdryer when gaming!

    Before hybrid: 82-84C at load
With hybrid: 45-47C at load, 20-23C at idle
    All at 72F ambient

Boosts to 1886 stock, haven't tried OC yet.

Overall I'm really happy with this 1080Ti + Hybrid upgrade now, coming from a 1080 FTW Hybrid. It's in a living room HTPC driving a Sony 65inch 4K and HTC Vive. :)
