Summed up in this video (sorry for the atrocious audio!), my LED's are extremely unsynced.
The backplate LED is always much less opaque, leading to a serious mismatch in the more accurate logo LED.  It mostly works with red and green but pretty much every other colour is ruined by the awful match-up.  Rainbow is also a no-go as the LEDs are so desynchronized.  I love the GPU but this is really irritating, I'd like to see if there is a software issue that I can possibly fix :[

Personally I think RGBling should die. I turn them off.   Most likely any replacement will have a similar issue. It's nearly impossible with mass production get accurate colors and accurate placement of the LEDS. So I'd say unless you really have a dud of an overclocker, I'd keep it.

I get what you're saying on RGB accuracy (and in general) and I mostly agree.  In the last few months I've gone from TridentZ RGB to bare green sticks, turned off the RGB in my PC-o8 (originally a feature) and given away all my RGB kit in favour of more subtle options.

BUT that being said, I like having my gpu light up a solid colour (orange) and that's impossible with this setup.  Beyond that, the roaring hordes who adore RGB will care a lot if I don't have this fixed if I wanted to resell later
