Can EVGA Precision XOC (and 1080 Ti FTW3) increase case fan speed based on GPU load?

Can EVGA Precision XOC increase case fan speed when GPU load increases?
 
If not, can anybody recommend any software?  (preferably very minimal/lightweight software)

    Well it is not moving it as per say under load.  What happens as temps climbs the fans speed up to keep it cool.  Running Folding @ Home with a 1080TI FE sitting under my FTW3 the FTW3 is still running low 60's on GPU and Memory, the power is running around 67C.
     
    That is with my FTW3 and the 1080TI FE both Folding at 100%

    The only program I know is SpeedFan. I do not use it myself, so you will have to give it a try and see what can be done or not.
