Hello all,

How much modification (if any) would be required to fit the existing 1080/FTW Hybrid Water cooled AIO kits on the newly released GTX 1080Ti?

I am currently waiting on delivery of my Ti Founders edition card and too impatient to wait for EVGA AIO Ti Hybrid - If I purchase one of the 1080 kits, how successful would I be in converting it to fit on a 1080 Ti? I'm talking about the whole kit and not just the pump and rad.

Thanks all.

I'm not sure about the FTW hybrid kits, but the standard hybrid kits for the 1080 seem to have been used, as mentioned in the above post. The FTW version however, has a bigger shroud, and I'm not sure about if the memory cooling part would work or not, depending on where the memory chips are. Using a non-ftw hybrid cooler would likely work better, though the ideal option is to wait for an official hybrid kit, if only to get the card to say 1080 ti instead of 1080 (though compatablity would also be more certain, compared to using the existing one)
