Welcome to the forums..You mean OC (overclock)..Yes..And it may help to know the exact model of 760 you have. Get EVGA Precision XOC. Get Unigine Heaven Benchmark. In Precision XOC, increase the GPU Clock Offset, start with a +52 MHz Offset which should be good. Run the Heaven Benchmark and see if your PC freezes, the graphics driver resets or artifacts are observed..Keep increasing the GPU Clock Offset by 13 MHz increments and running the Heaven Benchmark until such problems occur..Then decrease the GPU Clock Offset by 13 MHz until it's okay. When you get the GPU Clock stable, do the same thing with the Mem Clock Offset until it's stable..Starting with a +100 MHz Mem Clock Offset should be okay, you can then decrease by 50 MHz. There's lots of guides online about how to overclock your GPU.. Here is an older short guide to PrecisionX..Also some videos here on YouTube.. EVGA on the Tube has many informative/instructional videos also. Long story short = Increase the GPU Clock Offset until you have problems, then back it off until it works..Same thing with Mem Clock Offset..You can increase Power Target and/or Temp Target if those are limiting your overclock. You can use "Run" in EVGA OC Scanner (with Artifact scanner enabled) as a more quick test to catch artifacts and other problems. Just because a GPU overclock works in one benchmark doesn't mean it will work in all benchmarks..Just because a GPU overclock works in benchmarks doesn't mean it will work okay in games and vice-versa. The Maximum GPU Temperature for a GTX 760 chip is 97C, but it will throttle at 80C unless overridden/increased in Precision..By NVIDIA design (GPU Boost), you can only effectively increase/decrease the GPU Clock of your card in 13 MHz increments or multiples of 13 MHZ..You can, but really should not let the GPU temperature get over 80C under any circumstances..You should set the GPU Temperature alarm in Precision -> OSD Settings..You can create a custom fan curve to help with cooling. Al this should get you started on the right path.

What temperatures are your GPU and CPU hitting?

What model of GTX 760 do you have, with or without an ACX cooler?..You probably need to create a custom fan curve for it in Precision if you haven't yet..Maybe make it so the fan(s) goes to 100% at 70C..Proper case ventilation plays a big part in cooling cards with an ACX cooler.

Ok..760 Superclocked w/ACX cooler..You can't make links until you have over 10 posts, btw. Did you make a custom fan speed curve?..Or force the fans to run at 100% when benchmarking? You can take the side cover off your case and see if it lowers the temp, which would indicate insufficient case airflow..If you have a high ambient/room temp, that will increase GPU temp too.

The side/cover panel on your PC case..Take it off and see if that lowers the GPU temp.

What I'm saying is to temporarily take the panel off for testing just to see if it significantly lowers the GPU temp under load, not leave it off..I haven't really looked into GPU water cooling, so I really can't recommend anything about it.

GPU temp with an ACX cooler should not hit 80C at default clockspeed running Heaven Benchmark with the fan at 100% and the panel removed from your case unless your room temperature is hot (25/27C)..My blower style GTX 760 SC doesn't even hit 75C. You have a problem..What you should do is disassemble the GTX 760 and replace the thermal paste on the GPU chip..That is very simple to do..Just remove the four screws that attach the cooler to the PCB and then the fan wire (figure 2)..Clean the GPU chip and cooler plate with some isopropyl alcohol and appy a BB-sized (4mm-5mm, not more) drop of some good quality thermal paste such as MX-4 in the center of the chip and reassemble..It sounds like the thermal paste was either incorrectly applied during manufacture, or it has degraded..You can stop right now forget about overclocking it until you get the GPU temp under load down more. Replacing the thermal paste will not void the warranty, if any, as long as you don't physically damage/scratch the card somehow..But like I said, it is very simple to do. No, the auto custom fan curve won't work when you close Precision, but a manually fixed fan speed will remain, and any overclock will remain.

24C is warm for ambient, but not hot. No idea about that thermal paste, hopefully it isn't permanent. Custom loop water cooling you're looking at at least $350 USD for just one loop with a single block. Here is a block. http://shop.watercool.de/...rcooleK/Products/15541They also carry everything else you may need as far as pumps, reservoirs, radiators, tubing, fittings, fans, and cpu water blocks. That's if you want to buy direct from the company. Reseller in the US http://www.performance-pcs.com
